Do you support Active Server Pages?
Our windows server supports basic ASP. If you are not on a windows plan then you are not on a windows server.
Actually, You can run ASP/PHP/PERL on our Servers .You have to make sure that the script if for Windows Plaform .On a server as the one you are on now, some people run much more than cross platform without a problem.
PERL PATH : C:\perl\bin\perl.exe
Absolute path D or E:\W3Sites\username\www
It's as default: C:\perl\bin\perl.exe , but perl path is not necessary on Windows servers as stated by ActiveState and Microsoft since it is already included in IIS script mapping, For some applications, modified code may require to make a Linux package work on windows, This depends on whether you are going to write your own script or use an existing application, If you are going to use a perl application, most of them will have clear description on how to install it on Windows.

What are my FTP settings?
What are the preset folders I found when logged in to my FTP?
Can I remove or rename one of these folders?
What FTP software do you recommend?
We recommend Cute_ftp or Ws_ftp, both can be downloaded for free from their websites.
Before your domain is transferred to our DNS, you can use your unique IP address as FTP server, if your plan doesn't provide a unique IP, just use as FTP server.
But after your domain is transferred to our DNS, you will be able to use "ftp.yourdomain.com" as your FTP server, please note that in all cases you will need the following:
Server Port: 21
Username: your account username (usually yourdomain.com)
Password: sent in your activation email (must be between 6 and 14 characters)
What are the preset folders I found when logged in to my FTP?
Your Website created on our server will reside in one single folder as root of your account. Mainly, this folder you have to UPLOAD ALL YOUR FILES, Below is description of these main folder and their functions.
www folder:
This is your world wide web publishing folder, when someone use browser to access your Website, either with or without WWW prefix (http://yourdomain.com/ or http://www.yourdomain.com/) they will be send to this folder.
Can I remove or rename one of these folders?
These folders are used internally by our system so don't recommend any change.
