SERVER USE (regular accounts Only)
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only, account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

3SHOST reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.

3SHOST reserves the right to disable SSH access on any account .

3SHOST does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:

- Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic, images, photos, words, Forums, cartoon, jokes, "links to" or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of 3SHOST.

- Online Games Sites - Includes all online Casinos, gambling,Muds,Egg Drop.

- Sites That Promote Hatred, Racism or Religious Persecution

- Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, freaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

- Bots Includes by not limited to IRC, PSY, BNC

Invalid or Non-Transferable Domains - Every account must have a properly registered domain name, which resides on our name servers DNS within 30 days of the account's opening. All Cgi , Asp , Php & email functions will work AFTER your domain pointing to our DNS. No warnings and any payments already made will be forfeited. No refunds will be given .

-No Spamming - Any site operators who uses/stores any kind of spamming software, or whose spamming activities affect 3SHost Inc. servers negatively in any way, will have their accounts terminated without warning.

New Quotas & Features just for New accounts & can be added for existing accounts after Renewal.

In addition, 3SHost reserves the right to edit Quotas for all plans at anytime.

You can run any CGI and non-CGI scripts you desire, however we reserve the right to disable anyscript that dramatically affects server performance.

We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY

Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. 3SHOST may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:

When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available, 3SHOST reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.

PAYMENT POLICIES

All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although 3SHOST reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due each anniversary year or month following the date the account was established.

In addition, 3SHOST reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was.

No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via e-mail shortly after the online purchase has been made.
All payment is only accepted in US dollars.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down 3SHOST accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express, ONLY.

About Service Renew

Payment is due each anniversary year following the date the account was established.

Customers will not be automatically charged again at the end of their prepay period .

3SHost will send an email to the customers 10 days before the renew period .If no renewal order was sent back from the customer then the account will be suspended . The account Termination will occur after 15 days from suspension . Any Purchased Optional Extra Feature ( MySql , Extra Space , Pointer , ..etc. ) during the Expired Purchased Period will be Charged Automatically with your Renewal Order Charges Unless Cancelled by the Client when Renewing the account .

In situations where the card number on file is declined 3SHost will immediately suspend the account and the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

3SHOST reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. Customer refund requests are to be sent to billing@3SHOST.com and will only be processed within ONLY 30 days of signing up and in the cases of service non- performance that might be caused by 3SHOST's side,

Refund will be done just in cases of :

(Site downtime AFTER  your domain pointing to our DNS (Nameservers) - ASP , PHP scripts are not running - FTP not working - All emails are not recieving & sending )

First you must open a Ticket on our Helpdesk mentioning your problem for our technicians to check & if it`s not solved Refund will be done .

Your Tickets numbers with any of above problems should be included in your request .

Refund requests will be refused if it's requested for any cause that's out of 3SHOST's side, For example:

- Domain transfer failure.

- Failure of any third party programs that's not supported by 3SHOST.

- Asking for third party tools that`s not listed on our Hosting plans .

- Customers leakage of experience in dealing with web basics and communication protocols

- In fact we waived the Setup fee for new customers to be $0.00, but in cancellation case the setup fee will due before cancellation and refunding.

-No Refund after the service renew .

DISCLAIMER

3SHOST will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, 3SHOST makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.

3SHOST disclaims any warrantee merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by 3SHOST and its employees.

3SHOST reserves the right to revise the above mentioned policies at any time.

3SHOST provides World Wide Web page hosting, 3SHOST reserves the right to suspend or cancel any customer's access to any or all services provided by 3SHOST when 3SHOST decides that the account has been inappropriately used.
