Before signing up for super saving unlimited plan please be assured that you are running on Linux Platform also you should make sure that your site matches the new policy below & some features you are already using will not be included in our new Super Saving Unlimited plan like Mailing lists , etc.

3Shost.com, provides web hosting to a large number of clients. We have a responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available. The following guidelines have been established to insure this intent is met.
Use of company services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the company's AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) and TOS (Terms of Service). All clients, servers, traffic, and equipment of the company are subject to this contract and terms herein. These policies may be changed from time to time at the discretion of the company. Subscriber understands that change to the by the Company shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.
Account usage (for non-resellers):
Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services from their web site to other parties.
Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.
3SHost Inc. reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone.
3SHost does not allow the following contents for SUPER SAVING UNLIMITED :
SPAM - Any site operator who uses/stores any kind of spamming software, or whose spamming activities affect 3Shost Inc. servers negatively in any way, will have their accounts terminated without warning.
Mailing lists - Mailing lists such as mailman, majordomo,PHPlist, etc. are not allowed to run from 3Shost servers regardless of the contents of these lists' messages or size, and even with "doubled-obtained" email addresses. .
MLM - Any mailing, posting or content of "Make Money Fast" (MMF) or "Fast Cash" or pyramid schemes or chain letters or MLM (multi level marketing) schemes of any sort will result in quick account termination.
HYIP - High Yield Investment related or linked to websites.
Illegal Material - This includes copy-righted works, commercial audio, video, or music files and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of 3Shost Inc. please contact first if you think that you may violate this term.
Online Gaming - Includes all online/offline Casinos, gambling, MUDs, interactive gaming on our servers, Anime communities, PlayStation games Forums, news, reviews.
IRC bots - IRC bots such as Eggdrop, IRCD, PSY BNC etc. are prohibited.
Shell scripts - shell scripts such as those that try to gain shell access or to run system command lines are prohibited..
Hate material - We define hate material as that which expresses or promotes hatred against groups of people. For example, racist, anti-semitic, or homophobic material, or any material targeting a particular ethnicity or religion is considered to be hate material.. We reserve the right to identify hate material for what it is (including identifiers on member sites).
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, freaking, hacking, password cracking or cheating, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
Shell access - 3Shost does not provide shell access under any conditions, installing third party shell tools using CGI, PHP or any other method will met by instant termination of account.
BitTorrent: Or any thing related to bit torrents are not allowed to be hosted on 3Shost.com web servers.
Proxy: Proxies websites, scripts, ..etc are not allowed.
Account Setup :
While we maintain the highest standards and try for near instant account activations this is not always possible. Certain account types such as reseller accounts may often require a great deal of extra time to provision. We make no guarantee's in regards to the speed in which an order is completed. At times additional fraud checks or information may be needed, and the client agrees to provide information in a timely manner. In certain cases purchases and other high risk transactions, it may be necessary to provide government issued identification and a scan of the credit card used. If you fail to meet any requirements, the order may be canceled without notice. We will setup your account when we received payment and the order has been screened for fraud.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our customers.
The information collected from customers when signing up is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential. Contact and billing information collected will not be passed on to ANY third parties.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT LIMITATIONS:
3Shost.com will not debug your web codes, Including and not limited to HTML, CGI, PHP scripts .
3Shost.com technical support does not teach users how to complete tasks with third party tools, such as how to move DB between applications and how to enable certain features in web applications.
Contact & Billing Information :
You must provide us with, and keep current, good contact information for you. This includes but is not limited to E-mail addresses not based on the main domain of your account and telephone contacts. Maintaining accurate and updated information with us is required. We are not responsible for any claim, damages, fees, or otherwise as a result of accounts terminated or suspended due to inaccurate or unusable contact information. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
3SHOST reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. Customer refund requests are to be sent to billing@3SHOST.com and will only be processed within ONLY 30 days of signing up and in the cases of service non- performance that might be caused by 3SHOST's side,
Refund will be done just in cases of :
First you have to open a support ticket on our Helpdesk mentioning your problem for our technicians to check it & if it`s not resolved Refund will be done .
Your Tickets numbers with any of above problems should be included in your request .
Refund requests will be refused if it's requested for any cause that's out of 3SHOST's side, For example:
- Domain transfer failure.
- Failure of any third party programs that's not supported by 3SHOST.
- Asking for third party tools that`s not listed on our Hosting plans .
- Customers leakage of experience in dealing with web basics and communication protocols
- In fact we waived the Setup fee for new customers to be $0.00, but in cancellation case the setup fee will due before cancellation and refunding.
- Domain name registrations are non-refundable
- Renewal payments are non-refundable.
HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization. 3SHOST may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When a website is found to be monopolizing the resources available, 3SHOST reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers.
DISCLAIMER
3Shost will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer, 3Shost makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
3Shost disclaims any warrantee merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by 3Shost and its employees.
3Shost reserves the right to revise the above mentioned policies at any time.
3Shost provides World Wide Web page hosting, 3Shost reserves the right to suspend or cancel any customer's access to any or all services provided by 3Shost when 3Shost decides that the account has been inappropriately used. |
