Content Management Capabilities

Web-based File Manager -- NEW

Site managers manage their files right from the web. A complete file manager with file uploading capabilities is offered in the standard distribution of the Command Matrix .

Web-based Advanced Content Editor - NEW

Using the Web-based Advanced Content (webpage) Editor customers can credit/edit their html files right from the control panel.

Installable Scripts -- NEW

Customers can configure and install ASP, PHP & Perl based Guest Books, Message Boards, Shopping Carts & Hit Counters with just a few clicks.

E-Mail Features

Mail Manager

Site managers have the ability to add/modify/delete their POP3 accounts, mail forwarding/aliasing accounts and auto responders in real-time from the control panel. Web Mail

Each pop3 mail box user gets web mail support with the ability to change their pop3 accounts passwords in real-time through the web mail interface.

Mail Forwarding / Aliasing

Each mail user can forward their e-mails to a different account, with the option of retaining a copy locally.

Auto Responders

Each mail user can designate an auto-response for e-mails received. Headers are parsed to allow responses based on sender addresses.

Spam Filters

Each mail user can set up User or Domain level filters. Outgoing Mail Server Access (SMTP)

Customers can send mail through the server (currently this facility is only available for site managers and shall be available through the Mail Matrix. If you would like to offer each mail user SMTP access Mail Enable can be used with the Command Matrix instead of Mail Matrix which is provided free of cost.)

FTP Features

FTP Account Management

Site managers can create new FTP users, assign appropriate disk space and edit/delete FTP users right from the control panel.

Web Authoring Features

Perl

Allow or Disallow sites to use Perl scripts.

PHP

Allow or Disallow customers to use PHP.

ASP

Allow or Disallow sites to use ASP.

ASP.NET

Enable Site managers to utilize the powers of the Microsoft(r) .NET Framework!

Server Side Includes

Allow or Disallow sites to use SSI.

FrontPage Server Extensions

Allow/Disallow Site managers to use MS Front Page(tm) 2000/2002 Sever Extensions.

Web Server Control Capabilities (IIS)

Stop/Start Site

Site managers can stop or enable their site from their control panel.

Custom Error Pages

Site managers can configure their own custom error pages (e.g. 404 File Not found error pages)

Add-ons

Site managers can enable/disable the addons enabled for them and request for other available Add-ons.

Subdomains -- NEW

Site managers can add subdomains to their hosting account right from the control panel.

Application Mappings

Site managers can map different application(file) extensions, (e.g. customers can change the extension for Active Server Pages from .asp to .xyz)

Raw Log Files

Site managers can download their site logs via FTP and use them to analyze their hits.

Database Support

Webalizer

Site managers can view their sites statistics via Webalizer(tm).

Support

Site managers can request support from the reseller right from the control panel. Resellers can change the e-mail address where support requests are delivered or link their support desks with the control panel.
